Alloy manufacturing induction furnace profile:The furnace body is welded by steel structural material and is used for installing functional components such as induction coil, yoke, furnace lining, tilting furnace hydraulic cylinder, movable furnace cover and dust hood; it is also equipped with cooling water pipe, water inlet distributor and return water. Auxiliary components such as water collectors.
The furnace body is supported by a fixed hob and can be rotated by 95 degrees. The hob is made of large-size H-beam and square steel welded. The overall structure is simple and sturdy, ensuring safe operation of the device. The surface of the furnace platform is knotted with refractory material to protect the furnace body more fully, and the furnace platform will not be deformed. The welded steel structure is equipped with appropriate support and clamping members to fix the induction furnace coil and yoke; the upper end of the induction furnace is detachable, which makes it easier to replace the coil. The heavy-duty steel members on both sides of the pillars become the strongest support of the furnace body, providing the axis of hydraulic tilting, and the shaft center moves outward and moves up. Ensure that the discharge port has the smallest movement track, reduce the heat loss of the aluminum liquid, and facilitate the alloy metal.
The alloying furnace is powered by the intermediate frequency power supply, and the other is a three-phase power supply. The three-phase windings of the alloying furnace are supplied with DLA, DLB and DLC through degree 0 to ±90 pahse shift control system. The phase shift control system, degree 0 to ±90. The phase shift control makes the magnetic lines of force are vertically raised and cut, so that the rapid rise of the inside of the metal fluid can fully tear the fluid melt to achieve a better stirring effect.
