Product Description

High efficiency power transformer and high efficiency special transformer for medium frequency furnace are the latest products developed exclusively by our company. Products have been exported to Zambia, Russia, Vietnam and other countries, high-efficiency transformers can be long-term overload 100% operation. There are six-pulse rectifier, twelve-pulse rectifier and twenty-four-pulse rectifier. The transformer, anti-harmonic slope, non-heating, short-circuit resistance, high efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection, has fast melting speed. Compared with conventional transformers with the same capacity, the melting time is shortened by about 20%, and the power consumption per ton is reduced by 15%-20%. 1, performance characteristics:
(1) Electrical performance is stable: the product combines load characteristics and grid voltage fluctuation, atmospheric overvoltage, according to the load status of rectifier transformer. Product design and manufacturing take full account of load characteristics, and meet overload requirements from temperature rise, insulation performance and accessories selection.
(5) Excellent performance indicators: no-load current design and manufacturing value is lower than the national standard value of S9 series transformers with the same capacity, which fully guarantees the economy and reliability of users.

2, structural characteristics:
(1) core: adopt 30Q120 high magnetic silicon wafer, and adopt advanced 3-6 level stp-lapcore stacking.The step multistage stacking method reduces the no-load current and noise effectively.
(2) Winding: The electromagnetic wire adopts oxygen-free copper conductor with high conductivity, and the winding adopts the new technology of integral package with cylindrical, double-cake and new spiral structures. The structure of the product is more compact, the main insulation can be effectively guaranteed, the tail layer is strengthened, and the insulation performance is improved: the winding surface is wound with high strength compact tape, the mechanical strength of the winding is improved, and the impact resistance and short circuit resistance of the product are greatly improved.
(3) Body: Insulation pads of the body are supported by high-strength laminated wood and laminated cardboard. The area of support at the end of winding is more than 95%. It further improves the short-circuit resistance of the product and the reliability of the product. The connection between the body and the box cover adopts a rigid belt buffer structure. It overcomes the phenomenon of "hanging" and "top cover": insulating materials are wrapped with high strength and high density cable paper, and the allowable compressive stress is 45 Mpa.
(4) Fuel tank: Fuel tank adopts radiator tubing (double-row and three-row tubing adopts insertion mode), or uses stepped radiator, which increases heat dissipation capacity under the same area of tank wall. It can also be calculated that the plate radiator or uses corrugated oil tank, strong oil air-cooled or strong oil-water-cooled radiator can be installed according to user's requirements.

DC current can reach 25KA, DC voltage from tens to hundreds of volts, the valve side often uses in-phase reverse parallel connection method.
